Owner Stephen A. Borcherding of McLean, Virginia, founded SAB Lawn & Landscaping Inc. The landscaping company was initially known as “The Lawn Service” in 1979, doing mostly maintenance, light landscaping, light tree work, and several odd jobs. SAB Lawn & Landscaping, Inc. became incorporated and officially started in January 1991 with a few employees. Today due to the pandemic, we have less than 20 employees and still providing service for landscaping projects, property maintenance, and more.

Today, 45 years later, the landscaping maintenance company, now headquartered in Sterling, Virginia near Dulles Airport, offers an even wider range of services. We handle just about anything you need once you step outside the door of your house. SAB prides itself on its customer service and quality of workmanship delivered for a fair price in a timely fashion. SAB is still owned and operated by its founder, Steve Borcherding.
